InvestWithTeddy is operated by Teddy as a sole trader. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when subscribing to the free daily newsletter or joining the premium waitlist. We do not collect names, payment details, location data, or any other identifying information through our newsletter forms.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard server data including IP addresses and browser user agents for security and performance purposes. We do not have access to or control over those logs at an individual level.

How we use your email

Your email address is used solely to send you the InvestWithTeddy newsletter and related updates (such as a notification when the premium tier launches). We will never use your email address for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We use Bento (bentonow.com) as our email service provider to manage subscriber lists and send newsletters. Your email address is stored on Bento's servers. Bento's own privacy policy applies to how they handle that data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active list. You may also request permanent deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

• Unsubscribe — every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. No confirmation loops.
• Access or deletion — email teddy@investwithteddy.com to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have it permanently deleted.
• Correction — if your email address changes, simply unsubscribe from the old address and re-subscribe with the new one.

Cookies

InvestWithTeddy does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. The site may use essential cookies set by our infrastructure provider for security and performance (e.g. bot protection). These cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.

Children

This newsletter is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, contact us and we will remove the address immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle personal data, we will notify active subscribers by email and update the date at the top of this page.
